Do you utilize the World Wide Web on the Playstation 3?

I do not access the internet on my PS3. I have tried, but it gets an error. Plus I like using it on my laptop anyway. But I do use it to watch movies on Amazon, and YouTube where I watch a video to workout. I just use my PS3 fro gaming a good percentage of the time.

I never use it. I have once to give it a try, but it's way to slow and confusing compared to my computer. When I'm away from my computer, I usually have my iPad near me. If all else fails, I imagine I can live a day without needing the Internet on my PS3.

Not really, I am on the internet so much with my jobs that I just want to play a game and relax and veg out. Maybe down the road but not right now.

I have used it a couple of times but I really don't make a habit of it simply because of the typing on the controller. The typing on the controller for me is really annoying and slow. I use my desktop PC more. My PS3 is used more for Netflix though. I really love watching Netflix on my PS3. The only time that I used my PS3 for the internet extensively was when my desktop had started to give me problems and I had sent it away to get it repaired.

I spend most of my day on the internet so I just want to play a game and not be connected. I generally play alone so its not any use for me to be on the web.

I honestly had no idea that this was even a possibility until now, so no, I haven't. I haven't done much with my PS3 besides games. I've used Netflix once or twice, but that's about it. I don't really have a need for Blu-Rays and I'm not sure what else I could do besides internet or watch movies.

I use mine for streaming video far more than I do for gaming, and I game a lot. We recently dumped cable, but that's another story for another time.

The web service on PS3 is abysmal. Avoid it, lol.

I don't. My smart TV has an Internet browsing feature, but I don't use it either. I have a laptop that's always around, so I generally use that. Although the idea is nice, it just doesn't work as well in practice.

It really isn't worth it to me to use the web on my Ps3. I tried it out a few times and it just didn't work out for me. I feel like it wasn't made for the web and it's not going to work as well as a computer or just your basic smart phone. I prefer not to use it for the web, but for others they may feel differently ^_^

I used it once just for the sake of saying I used it. But no, I would never use it again. Browsing on the PS3 is way too hard compared to the PC for which it was intended. There's no mouse so you have to use your analog stick which is for me very annoying. Also although there's a peripheral for a controller keypad I don't really like that either so I don't really want to use the browser on the PS3. It would also probably be easier for me to browse on mobile and I wouldn't even have to minimize my game to do that.

I never use the web. It is way too slow, and from what I remember it does not even support flash. So really, when I have my PC 10 feet away, why would I use the PS3 web browser?

Rarely do I use the web on PS3 and honestly I don't even know why I bothered at the level that I have. I spend enough time online for work, when I am off work I want to unwind and just game.

I used it maybe one time but it's so slow and annoying there's no reason to. Especially now with ipads, phones, and every over easier device.

I don't use the web on it, not with a laptop right next to me on the desk. I am on the computer all day so I just want to game when I am home and not be on the net.

Back when the PlayStation 3 was my main gaming console, I never really used it to access the world wide web. I just use my laptop whenever I feel like getting online. I also remember the PlayStation 3 browser feeling a bit limited as I couldn't do a lot of things that I could normally do when browsing the internet on an actual computer. That was so long ago so maybe the PlayStation 3 browser has improved since then.

I dont really use it. I usually have my pc right beside me when i am playing the game. I just dont like how i have to access the web. I dont feel the same control.

I would if I could get it to work. I had it working once, but now it will not show no internet. So I do not worry about using the internet on there.

It would be easy to use all in one place but i prefer to use another device to have access to the web. I like to multi task so i would want to play my game and search at the same time.

I have only used the ps3 internet as a last resort when my computer was busted. It felt pretty slow and clunky, even with a keyboard.

I used to use it whenever I was too lazy to stand up and go to my PC, but nowadays I have my tablet next to me most of the time and I usually just use it whenever I need to look something up, because I think it's just easier to use and not as clunky as the PS3 browser. The screen-size difference doesn't bother me since my tablet is right next to me anyway.
