    Hey guys, casual gamer here living in the United States. Thinking about upgrading my PS3 for a PS4 this summer. When is the best time to buy it.... meaning is there an upgraded version coming out soon? Is there a discount/price cut coming up shortly? If not, I could jump right in and buy one...
