    sub account not recognised as a + member

    same problem with mine I have the same problem with mine. Not sure at all what to do. My problem started when I got a replacement ps4 as my old was broken. My kids cant get online in their sub accounts. My new ps4 is not set as my primary ps4 as I didn't know to change it on the old one.
