    PSN Asia Payment method

    Hi anyone can help me? I live in Philippines but since we dont have PSN here I made PSN account in SG. Unfortunately, I dont know how can I add funds to my wallet nor use my Mastercard. Can anyone help? Also, I want to preorder some DLC but in US Store, can i still preorder?
