    Cannot play Blu-ray or DVD in spite of installing firmware.

    I had the same problem. My PS4 is not connected to the internet (nor do I want it to be) and I couldn't connect to any free WiFi networks. I downloaded the 1.76 update via an USB flash drive and I still couldn't play DVDs and Blu-Rays. Kept getting "To play Blu-ray/DVD discs you must enable...
