    Cannot play Blu-ray or DVD in spite of installing firmware.

    I had the same problem I updated the firmware to 1.52 as per the us.playstation.com link i cannot update it online, so i followed the offline guide "To play Blu-ray/DVD discs you must enable the disc playback feature. This is required only once. Connect the PS4 to the internet and try again...
