    Just an update for any interested, it was a disaster, i de soldered it sucessfully enough, it was the Re soldering of the Port back in that was a 'non go'..will/would never attempt such a project again, was a bog'ol waste of time.. THANKS for all helps though!

    The only thing is how to de solder about14 pins all at once so the whole thing can be pulled off all at once..

    Some say removing the HDMI Port is best done with a 750F heat gun for like 5mins.. is soldering the better/safer method on the surrounding components though?

    Hi all, 1st post, I am fixing a 2014 Ps4 for a friend.. I took off the 4 little stickers only to find 4 security screws that i obviously have no bits for to remove them, they "look" like a T-8 size?.. I have a feeling even after i get this right bit, there is going to be other odd ball...
