    You are lucky...I have one and its a brick. No customer support. Warranty is useless if you cannot contact anyone. Mine is unplayable. Look on google...I am not the only one. Search PS5 freezes in gameplay.

    PS5 freezes in gameplay

    New PS5 freezes in gameplay...when it restarts I am in new location on map...it does this over and over. I have done a complete reinstall of both game and console software..twice. This has not solved the issue. Sony customer service is non-existent . They have no..none..zip.. live...
