    Could this have damaged my system, specifically the fans?

    Recently the electrician who was working on my house switched the breaker to my room off and on quickly. My PS4 was plugged in and running at the time. It went into safe mode, did some check and booted right back up. But recently I have noticed the fans are running a lot quieter than before...
