    Ps5 disc issue

    Hello I've run into a problem with the ps5. When I go to insert a disc the console powers off instantly. What could be causing this? Any suggestions on a solution? And when it turns off I have to unplug for 30 second and the power button wount work I have to use the control for it to power on.
