    FIXED GUYS!!! i had the hub 3 and rang up bt and told them that the hub 3.0 is not compatible with ps4 anyore they exchanged it after a bit of hassle free for a hub5.0 can safely say that it has fixed the issue friends list loads instantly aswell as party chat and all other issuess are long...

    same here holy cow! exactly as you said. been going on for over a month, im also using a home hub 3.0, have tried a wired connection and still doesnt work, please let me know if you find a solution
