    tried it with both cable in and out but no difference either way if I hold the console button for few seconds the blue light flashes for a short while then goes back to white but there is no power up to the monitor.     I have just purchased the experia zx premium and decided to use the ps4 4 control app so after locking my controller into the the app and letting the phone take over I now find that I cannot connect my controller to my ps4 even when my phone is turned off the controller just flashes does...
