    Opened up my new PS4 and I'm missing my redeem codes

    What do I need to do far as missing redeem codes? I opened up my brand new PS4 and found the card with the redeem codes for a free month of PS Plus, $10 credit for the store, and the music service but its a blank slate where the code is suppose to be. imgur.com/6XWnXJB,ipqTFy7
