I think it was because they wanted to create a multimedia "station". You know, play doesn't always mean games, you can play movies or music too, so i guess they were expecting to involve into such ways on the future.

Is this running on a console or on the PC? It seems too good for a console of this generation. Maybe it was on the PS4? Still, i don't think the single player campaign is something to be excited for on a Battlefield game.

Okami HD exists, why isn't there a Viewtiful Joe HD? Hell, put it together with the sequel, even though the original was tons better than the sequel for some reason, it was just better in my opinion. Too bad that it was another series killed by spinoffs.

Nothing, it will stay in the exact same place that it is right now. You might never know when i will want to play some PS3 titles and that the PS4 won't let me, or if i just want to use the dualshock 3 one more time.

I thought you meant PS1, PS2 and PS3 when i read the thread name, but yeah, i used to own all the three current generation consoles, with the 360 being the one that had less playtime, i really played Wii tons with friends now that i think about it.

I wish my old cell phones were that valuable so i could trade them for games. Still, you could have a PS1, PS2, PSP or even a PSVita. Of course that if you don't have a PS3, you are missing out, that console is not just Gran Turismo, you know that right?

SHODAN from System Shock is a pretty good representation of the human race killing itself indirectly. Also, she has some pretty nice lines when you meet her for the first time on System Shock 2.

i wouldn't say Sci-fi in general, but there are a bunch of great titles out there with that genre. It's not that i don't trust CD PROJEKT, very much the opposite even, but i will only be hyped for Cyberpunk when gameplay trailers start appearing.

Not broken, but i used to throw the controller in the air and spin it, don't ask me why i did it, but it was something that i did when i lost or during loading screens. I quickly had to lose that habit because controllers are wireless now.

It's definitely not the "Citizen Kane of video games" or anything even close. It does what it tries well and is surprisingly professional about it. Of course it's all great if you don't notice how "rollercoaster" the entire game is, without much sense of exploring, but still, great game.

Gundam is one of those things that is really hard for me to keep up with. Is this the one that uses the same engine as Dynasty warriors, because if so then yes, i really like those types of games, and it's too bad that it's hard to be a fan of these types of things on the west.

It's like any other fighting game, with it's rock-paper-scissor metagame, but DOA5 is more vocal about it and focus really hard on that. But yeah, i played some of it when it was on PSN Plus and had fun, will be getting DOA5U soon.

Well, it makes sense. Consoles have a fixed hardware, so you can upgrade it later, but on the PC you can adapt your budget to your liking and optimize your game to it, so it's pretty flexible.

...no. I restart whatever i just lost and try again until i beat it. And who is that much of a casual that needs to scream to get better at something? And the word "nerd" lost the sense 15 years ago and anyone who says it nowadays really pisses me off.
