So, what's your favourite Pokemon? Despite being a fan since the first gen, my favourite is Scraggy. He's just adorable and I love his typing. New gen haters can hate. How about you?

So Aksys are working on a new Otome game for PSP named Sweet Fuse: At Your Side (I'd link to their website but don't have enough posts yet). It looks really interesting, like some sort of crossover between 999 and The Bachelorette. Anybody curious to try it?

I'm surprised there wasn't one already. Okay guys, use this thread to discuss the new games coming out on 3DS later in the year. These are the spoilers that I'm aware of:

Please guys, the ultimate gaming console would be the Nintendo 64, and thankfully enough it already exists. ;) Though I guess the only way to improve it would be to have it spit out Cheetos and Mountain Dew... and maybe replacing the controller with the Gamecube controller. XD

I actually meant remakes from PS1-2 for PS3, then I realised there was already a thread for it (my bad). As for PS3 games to be remade for PS4, here are a few off the top of my head: - Uncharted series (bound to happen, really) - The Last of Us - Heavy Rain - Little Big Planet series

Hey folks, I'm fantanoice (pronounced fanta-no-ice). I'm a game designer and student, and also a huge forum addict. I saw this place advertised somewhere and thought it looked neat, so I joined up. Anyway, I hope we get to be good mates soon. :) - Fanta

Well PS4 isn't backwards compatible with PS3 so I'll definitely be keeping it to play my old PS3 games. I'll also be keeping it as a DVD/Blu-Ray player because I don't have another one.

Edit: Oh shivers, I didn't see the other thread like this before posting. Feel free to lock/merge/whatever. Those with a PS3 are probably aware that they have been making HD remakes of various PS2 games to play on PS3. Are there any games in particular that you want them to remake and why...

Where in NSW you from?

The game is actually really well designed (especially for Facebook game). It is very Bejewelled-like but offers a bunch of different mechanics, and introduces them progressively like Portal. It is worth having a look at, but good luck not getting addicted to it.

Not sure whether to call it the best but my favourite was Catherine simply because of how quirky it was and I loved the story. I know it is multiplatform but whatever. I also really enjoyed the Jak and Daxter trilogy (which I know are PS2 remakes) mainly because they took me back to a simpler...

Hello fellow downunder-er. :)

Gamecube controller master race! I feel my primary reason for this is because the buttons are differently shaped and multi coloured so it is very easy to know which button to press when the game instructs you to. This is different to most other controllers because all the others follow the...

The only one I really play at the moment is Candy Crush. In the past I really enjoyed Icy Tower, Plummet 2, and practically every Playfish game ever (Pet Society, Word Challenge, Country Story, etc). I have pretty much despised every Zynga game ever, though.

I still don't have any, I don't really bother with the trophies very much because they can get quite tedious and grindy. I've considered going after them in games like Catherine and Persona 4 Golden but I have too many other games to play to focus so hard on something so trivial.

I'm not very into sports but I do watch a bit of Aussie Rules (Geelong supporter). I also like watching the Australian Open when it is on but don't watch tennis at any other time of the year. XD

I haven't played it so I am not sure. From what I've heard, the game isn't exactly terrible but it is lacking in content, and I guess if numbers mean anything to you then its had ratings of around 5/10 on various websites. They've been selling it for around $8 at EB so I've been really...

No, my avatar is Ema Skye from the Ace Attorney series.

Well for me, as much as I like console games, I don't really get enough time at home to play them because I'm always at Uni or doing other things. I'm on public transport a lot so my 3DS and Vita get a lot of love. Thankfully enough you can now get enough content on portable devices that you can...

I would look for the problems outlined in the review and consider my purchase based on that, not the actual number at the end. Heck, for some titles I'd be willing to invest <$10 to both make my own decision and also analyse from a design perspective and analyse where they went wrong. I...
