    Vampire/Bloodfiend Spawn Info

    Just wondering if the bloodfiends only spawn in the more common locations, or if they can spawn at random locations as well? I have found a few locations marked when I google it, but just wondering if anyone has any examples of finding Bloodfiends and contracting vampirism off the beaten path...
