    Data transfer PS4 to PS5 not showing

    Before I traded in my PS4 I uploaded game data to an external hard drive (after formatting it to ex-FAT). I got a PS5, downloaded all the games, inserted my external hard drive and when I go to Saved Data (PS4) - Copy or Delete from USB Drive, all it says is your data will appear here. Nothing...

    I was wondering because up to this point I've just been going into the settings and disconnecting the external hard drive I have connected to my PS5, I've been doing this ever since I got the hard drive.
