Speaking as a long fan of PlayStation, I am officially a PS4 owner. How I acquired my PS4 is an utterly vile story.
Awhile back I purchased a Pearl drumset on the wonderful website known as Craigslist for a whopping $60. And later I used that same drum set to trade for my PS4, and oh I was so ecstatic. I had just paid basically only $60 for a PS4, four games, and two controllers. I saw my stepdad bring it in and opened the box and literally kissed it in utter happiness. The next morning, I took it over to my grandmothers house so i could use her TV to test it out.
I cracked that box open, and there they were...
ROACHES. EVERYWHERE. BABIES. ADULTS. EVERYWHERE. ROACHES.
AND I KISSED IT THE NIGHT BEFORE, MY LIPS TOUCHED A ROACH NEST.
In a panic, I threw out the box and put the PS4 in about 10 walmart bags and tied them. I was moving to the west coast tomorrow, so I threw it in our truck and it took us about three days to get to Vegas. I left it in that truck for a whole week, hoping the vile creatures would die out. And that, they did.
Then, I removed the case and saw it. The rotting corpses of my enemies, melted to my hardware..everywhere.
A bottle of lavender scented rubbing alcohol, a box of Q-tips, and electronic screen wipes was all it took to clean it out. My resources were limited, but I feel like the operation went smoothly.
