Any slower "turn by turn" based games out or coming?

I sometimes enjoy the slower pace "take your time" "turn by turn" kind of games like the older Might and Magic, Wizardy or even some "card based" fighting type games. There were a few on the Xbox 360, this is my first Playstation.

If I am not explaining it right, I mean where the actions stops and you can take your time and think/plan/strategize what your next move is, not like Diablo, Oblivion where everything keeps going on.

Sadly I don't see any game like that out.

I was kind of hoping myself for some turn based strategy games but so far...nothing.

I was kind of hoping PS4 would get a Civilization game but alas, no luck.

I found one, but it is a little childish. I would not buy it from Amazon, through the Playstation store if I did as some are saying the download codes do not work.
