Any Story driven games?

I want to know if there are any Story based PC games out there that are fun to play?
I don't really care if it's online or offline. I just has to have a really good story to it and also it has to have a decent game play.
I want it to at least be bearable to play for hours.

I agree. I have plenty of friends that play / read visual novels. Haha. They even play adult versions as well. You know, if you know that I mean. XD

There are so many of them. You can try Skyrim, Oblivion, Stalker series and other games. I am a huge fan of Stalker series.

3 words: Mass Effect Trilogy I dont want to go in depth about it incase you havent played it so you can experience it fully, but the all 3 games only costs 60 dollars. I very much recommend you get it. Its completely based on the story and choices you make and the story you go through and choices you made are carried from each game.

I'd say Star Wars Old Republic has a pretty interesting story line for each class and I think it's worth to check it out since it has gone free to play now. My husband enjoyed it and actually bought the game when it first came out. He played for a while and quit because he had no one to play with. I am a type of person that as long as I can finish everything myself,I'd have fun. I'd say although DIABLO 3 plot is basically ' yep ,he is back alive again,let's go kill him' ,I enjoyed getting to know where Leah actually came from,about his mother and stuffs. Bioshock series and Borderland would be another two that also have interesting story.

Waaa! I have done a little bit of research on Mass Effect and I must say, I AM DEFINITELY going to try this trilogy out. Whew! I can't wait until the weekends so that I can already try this game out.
