I loved WatchDogs but sold it after I won the game..... DO i have to have the game to download and play Bad Blood?

Yes you have to have the game to download Bad Blood.

They might release it as a Standalone, they've done that with previous DLC that have separate campaigns.

It would say in the description. Like the Freedom Cry DLC on Playstation, it came out as DLC then as a standalone game. It says so.

THanks.. sorry for the dumb questions.. but I am new to all of this...... A friend of mine said I could borrow his game... would it be something I need each time to play or could I borrow his game, download it and then give him his copy back? Or do I need to keep the disc to play each time...?
