Best launch game of PS4

I've played Resogun and it is crazy addicting. It does take me back to the arcade shooters because I played it for two hours and would have given it all my quarters. The co-op is really good to. Everything about the game was great, I loved the soundtrack, the gameplay was tight, the stages were inventive. All in all it's the best launch title that I saw for the PS4.

I wasn't sure what to make of it, I actually got to play it at gamestop too but can't afford to buy it. Nova bombs for the wiin duuuuuuude

Is this one of the PSN F2P games? I've never heard of it.

Yes, Resogun is a free-to-play game and it's amazing. I almost want the PS4 just to play it. It's very arcade old-school in it's presentation, gameplay, and soundtrack (which is addicting), but the presentation is very modern day and it looks great on the PS4. I played Co-op with my friends for hours. I highly recommend it for PS4 owners.

I played it over my brother-in-law's house (he didn't pick it up, but I did) and enjoyed it alot. I'm no good at side scrolling-style shooters (or side rolling, in this case kind of) I'm overhead guy, but this was amazing. It really stood out from ports and samey FPS.

Im gonna have to try it. I kinda passed it up thinking it was just a filler type game to add games to the launch.

I got this for free with the one month of PS+ that came with the ps4 and I was hugely impressed. The controls were simple and fun, and it made me feel like I was actually playing something difficult, which for the most part it really isn't at the end of the day. Master mode gets pretty challenging though, I will give it that.

But the graphics definitely sold me on it. I've never seen a game that involves playing on a circle type level, and all the explosions and lights and fireballs make the whole game really hectic and fun. I like it a lot, I agree it was an awesome launch game. Contrast was pretty cool too though - I'm just getting into Playstation, so I'm impressed with a lot of it.
