What is the best Mario game you have played on the Wii U and why was it so good?

Sadly there isn't an abundance of Mario games on WiiU to say concrete "This is the best." I will say so far the best is Super Mario 3D World.

Super Mario 3D World only going by the two actual Super Mario games out on Wii U.

I have to sign off on Super Mario 3D World. It's such an amazing game and very different from New Super Mario Bros. U.

Super Mario 3D World now doubt. New Super Mario Bros. U has that sense of "played it before".

That's the general feeling I got from NSMB Wii U. It's still an extremely fun game, but SM3DW delivers the goods.

After the first one I lost interest in them. They are fun but there are other games that I like a lot better. The first one was a cute game though!
