BF4 says there is an update file downloading, but I can't see status!

Hey guys,

I just picked up Battlefield 4 a few days ago, and each time I go to play the game it gives me this first

How can I check the status of this "update" I don't think anything is really happening. I try to do multiplayer but it says "You must be signed in to PlayStationNetwork and EA servers to access online features". and to my knowledge I am signed in. I already signed into psn and purchased the year subscription to play online, but its still doing this.

Wait for the update to download and install then. I had that too when I first started BF4.
You can see it's progress in Notifications/downloads.
