Bug PS4 Control Not Responding ( STUCK ) -- Plz Help

First of all, Hello,

I was playing FIFA 14 on Ps4 (in the Pro Club mode - when you create a player with your name and play with him). After playing some games, I saw a small problem (The name of my player was not mine - Thales, it was beckamp. When the game finished, I got the ERROR msg CE-34878-0. I logged in FIFA 14 again, in the Pro Club mode and started a new game. It appears the same problem ( not my name, now was dede). So then I decided to press PS button (middle button) and in the Menu Principal the control was not responding (see link one - Video). After that, I pressed PS again, and then it came back to the game normally and there the control is working properly.

I restarted my PS4 and my control was working however when I tried to join a game or check if we had a System Update the Control do not work, only the PS button was working. So I had to press the Power button to put in standy-by and restated the system. My control worked again but if I try to play or do something its stuck again.


I need help guys,
