Can't Play 'Allowed' Games - Age Restrictions Son's Account

My son upgraded to PS5 at Christmas. I got the PS4.
At Xmas he bought COD MWII. Downloaded on PS5 through my PS account. He opened and requested (as under 18) and I allowed. Game worked fine.
Fast forward a few months and he can't open the game. Just loading to 'View Product' screen. Then gets 'only adults can view this game.'

Couple of weeks ago he downloaded GTA again from my PS account on his PS5. Again requested game and I allowed.
When he tries opening GTA he gets the same 'View Product' screen as above and can't open.

Have tried restoring licences. Denied/re-requested and allowed games, still no luck.

Could it be some sort of conflict with me using my account on PS4 and on PS5?

I was going to delete then re-download COD to see if that helped but since GTA also get's same error, that seems pointless and a waste of time seeing as they are such massive games.

I tried opening COD on my sons account on PS4 and getting a parental controls error PUGET-GARCIA.

Not sure what else to try. Sony support seem clueless and am just going round in circles :(

Any geniuses out there that can solve or suggest something?

Cheers
