Cell Phone Control

I know that Sony hasn't released many details on the cell phone control of the console, but I did want to point out that its going to exist. I'm pretty excited about this because Microsoft did something similar with Xbox Glass. Its an App that does pretty well at controlling the Xbox. They had an App before that but it was garbage. It would be nice to have my cell phone connected to all the consoles, especially with ideas where you could control a music list, or do all the typing from the cell phone and other things that get annoying trying to do it on console.

Yeah I've always wished for an app to be able to control my PS3, so I'm happy that Sony had made a plan to do so with the PS4. It would be great to be able to navigate the multimedia aspects of the console with your phone. Like you said there aren't many details yet, so I hope we learn more soon.

That sounds pretty neat, I think they should focus a little more on making that detail or feature known because I'm not sure if they have been bringing it much attention so far. I understand, though, since there are probably a lot more important details that have been being given attention to. I'm going to look more into this, and I can't wait to see it in action because it sounds very convenient.

This feature is really gadget. I do not have time to focus on two screens when I play .....

What I like is that it go all consoles at the same level. We will have the opportunity to have a second screen.

Do you use this feature?

See, the way I see this feature working out has to do more with content and media then with gaming itself. You could jump into the idea of attemping a Wii U kind of feel but its honestly dumb to jump into that business since the Wii U exists, isn't that popular and you don't want to sit here and force developers to get into iOS programming on top of Sony's platform.

The way I see this is I can go through my music, search youtube, if there's games like Dance Dance or Guitar Hero, I can pick the songs through that, I could certainly use it as a remote, I could use it as my PS Messenger and also use it to stream a bit of content from device to PS 4 if they want to do that. Again, that's such a small thing we may not know its full capability for awhile, but I like the concept, I like the idea and I think its solid.
