Recently the electrician who was working on my house switched the breaker to my room off and on quickly. My PS4 was plugged in and running at the time. It went into safe mode, did some check and booted right back up. But recently I have noticed the fans are running a lot quieter than before. Could the power surge (?) been the reason. If it makes any difference, it was plugged into a power-strip, not directly into the wall. And I usually leave it in stand-by.
