Do we all do this?

On Sunday I was at the Cinema/movie theatre, depending on where you're from it'll be called different things and the movie was due to start a 6pm but we got 40 mins of trailers and Ads first. However during these trailers me and my friends pointed out several movies we wanted to go see.

So after we got out and on the ride home I asked 'Does anyone remember any of these movies?' and we all stared blankly at each other....

So does anyone watch all these trailers when at the movie theater and then forget them all after the film? Or am I just abnormal lol...

I love watching trailers. As film snobs my girlfriend and I will lean over and complain to each other about the downfall of cinema. If we happen to be pleasantly surprised by a trailer one can catch us with our eyes closed and our hands over our ears about thirty seconds to a minute into a trailer. SPOILERS!

The reason you do not remember them is probably because a) they are terrible or b) they are terrible. The bittersweet moments of remembering awful things because I complained about them are some of my favorite moments.

I also love watching trailers. I make sure I turn up to the cinema early to catch them! But usually I remember all trailers I watch (I'm a movie nerd).

Well, i must admit i don't go to the movies anymore. I watch all my movies online. I don't know about you guys, but i think that watching a movie with a whole bunch of people talking around you isn't fun at all. I just hated it when someone gets up to go to the bathroom or to the lobby and has to pass by me a bunch of times. Or when people stand up in front of you in a crucial moment in the movie and don't let you see what's going on.

I like watching trailers, but I studied film in college. I'm also one of those guys that stays for the credits (to my girlfriends annoyance, lol). But no. You are not alone. I don't remember the names of any of them probably no more than 10 minutes after the movie starts.

I love trailers, and if I find one interesting movie, I remember, if I think I will forget, I will take a note on my phone.
