Driveclub Cheaper with PS Plus

Hi,

Does anyone know if the full version of drive club will be cheaper on ps plus?
I know there is a ps plus edition but that has less cars and tracks,

I want to get the full version but im not sure if it will be cheaper on the ps store when it comes out than in the shops,

I read somewhere that it will be cheaper online but i can't find that article,

can someone please answer this?
