Elder Scrolls Online Imperial Edition Digital Download

-]Hi guys. Looking for a bit of an insight or if anyone else was affected.

I purchased my copy of eso imperial edition only to find that once I launched the game I had no additional content associated to the imperial edition. I preordered my copy through the psn store. I contacted Sony who said to contact Zenimax/Bethesda. I then contacted them but no response. I wonder if there is something in not doing correctly?

Hi there, just curious if you've checked your notifications/mail in game?

As well, you should have been able to play as an Imperial from the get go. If you are able to play as Imperial, check your mailbox in game. If you aren't able to play as an Imperial, then yes, something is wrong.(Bethesda or Zenimax should get back to you within a few days tops)

I don't have the Imperial Edition, only standard. However, I too also preordered and with that, got the Explorers Pack for free. As soon as I created a character and started, I recieved a "check your mail" message.

In my mail box, was exactly what I was expecting. The Explorers Pack.
(Free treasure maps, etc.) Not to mention, the ability to play with any race other than Imperial with any faction, from the get go.

You should have a mount, and other things inside your mailbox.

While in game
press options button>notifications(or social?)>mail>read mail> accept attachments
and enjoy!

Hi. Yes apparently this issue is under investigation with them. Its quite annoying but just a waiting game I suppose. Thanks for the reply and the add on PSN
