When trying to connect the PS Vita to the PlayStation 4 some of you may come across error code ce-35406-08. While this is frustrating because you just want to link the two devices. The reason you'll get this error code is because the PS4 is logged into the PlayStation Network with a different user than the PS Vita. Simply log into the PlayStation Network using the same PSN ID on both the PS Vita and PS4 and it should connect just fine. Hope this helps.
