If you get an error NW-31194-8 on your PS4, go ahead and restart the system. This should fix the issue. If you're still having trouble, chances are the Sony network is temporarily down.
Especially during the console launch or large game launches, the network may be down from time to time. If the problems persists, please call Sony at 800-345-SONY for additional troubleshooting.
