If you have gotten error NW-31200-6, this means that your PS4 had an issue while downloading the newest firmware. If this continues to happen, try restarting your PS4. If you continue to have problems with downloading the firmware update, simply install it via USB instead of direct download. This should fix the error and get you gaming.
