Similar to Error SU-30696-4, this error means that the network connection has been lost. This error shows when you try to log into PSN from your PS4. This may be due to a poor Internet connection on your end, or it may be that PSN is down at the moment. You can check the Knowledge Base to see what the current status of PSN is, whether it is currently online or down for some reason.
