If you get the SU-30645-8 error, you're probably trying to install the 1.50 firmware update. You should have the update downloaded to a USB, which you will have plugged into your PS4. This error means that the file that you're trying to use to update the firmware is corrupted.
To fix this, first off, make sure that you have the firmware for the correct region downloaded. If you're using the wrong region, it won't work. If you do have the correct region's firmware downloaded, delete that off of your USB and try a fresh download. Something might have gotten messed up during the file transfer. If you are still getting the error after trying the steps above, contact Sony at 800-345-SONY. Sony is aware that this is an issue and is looking into further ways to fix this.
