Few important questions before buying my PS4 console

I just read "except japan" and been scared LoL
I have some friend bought PS4 , on the box there's the logo of the "world" with number 2 on it and it has japanese writings on it. Is it Ntsc or Ntsc-j?
The article you posted is for PS3 and X360, X360 is region locked, however as you read PS3 version is region free, same goes with PS4.
the world with no. 2 = region 2. and since it is japanese, maybe we can translate it to NTSC-J?
1)If he has NTSC-J he can create Europe / USA 's PSN account?
2)If he buys game of PAL, he can only get the DLC of it by creating PAL (europe) PSN ?
That's means in the end that no matter what game/PS4 model you have you will be able to get everything by just creating multiple accounts?
( seriously sorry for all those questions don lol, but I just want be sure before I'm buying some games)

Guys, if I create psn account with Brazil country for 14 day free and I have ps⁴ region 2 and game region 2 . now if I download the dlc from region 2 I can access the dlc also from the other account?
I want to buy GTA V (region 2) & I have region 2 PS4.
I don't have Playstation Plus subscription , therefore, I create PSN user with Brazil country, like that I get 14 day free trail without my credit card information- And I'll do this over & over.
Now, my question is like this:
1)If I finish the offline game with one user will the other users have the game saved data? Is it possible to transfer the saved game?
2)For the online gameplay- Does it have to do anything with the offline game? If I didn't finish the offline game I won't be able to have the full map for ex?
3)GTA V's DLC cost money?
4)Now if I create each 14 day new account, what are the disadvantages? I mean I don't care about Profile trophies, In game disadvantages?? Less money, guns right?
