Games and Updates Can’t Install; Now I have a black screen

I have a PS5 (disc version) that was worked perfectly fine for 6 weeks. Last night, I purchased 2 new games. When I tried to download them, I received the message “can’t install” with error code CE 100005-6. This error is supposedly a disc error; however, this are digital downloads. Updates for two previously downloaded games are giving me the same error. I chatted with someone from PlayStation support. He advised me to boot the console in safe mode and rebuild the data base. I did that, but I never saw an indicator on the screen. The screen was just black. I let it run over night. When I turned on my console this morning, the same thing is happening. Black screen only. I booted it up in safe mode again and tried updating software. It updated and installed. Still, when it reboots, it’s back to a black screen. I’m in some serious need of help. Any suggestions??
