iPods and problems

I am going to figure that gamers have some idea bout iPods so here is my question. I bought my daughter an iPod Nano last year and it won't even play now. It won't turn on. We have tried hitting the round button and the menu button at the same time and nothing.

Have you sent any Apple product anywhere to get fixed?

I haven't had any major problems like that with my iPods, so I never have. Do you have an Apple store near you? You could take it into there and see if they can fix it.

Good idea, I never thought about taking it to the store. I am sure there must be one at the mall. I'm about 50 miles from any mall but I'm there enough so I should be able to take it to one.
