Is it safe to move the PS4 Frequently?

​I had a quick question regarding the PS4 system. Alright I used to frequently move my PS3 between my room and my sisters because she has a better TV. During the day id play in my room and at night in hers since she watches TV in the living room with my Mom. My question is, if I were to do the same with the PS4 could the frequent movement of the system damage it in any way? Should I just not do it to be cautious? Any tips or suggestions or anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It should be fine. Make sure you have the system fully powered off before moving it between your room and your sisters room. You could be cautious but you're just moving it from one place to another. And your doing it with the system powered off completely.

I don't see why there would be a problem moving the PS4 around. You not throwing it from room to room and you're careful placing it down, so move it around and have fun.

Shouldn't be a problem but I agree with Frantic make sure it's completely powered off before you move it. I also recommend moving it without a disc inside. Then just the obvious of don't drop it or throw it or anything stupid that really could damage it. I personally with the last systems got sick of moving mine around and eventually bought two, you should think about that as well! But that's just the lazy person inside me!

As others have already said, it should be completely safe.
Just make sure you're careful while unplugging and plugging the cables so it does not cause attrition. Apart for that, not worries.

I think as long as you take the disc out and are careful with the cables you'll be fine. If there were a big problem moving consoles from place to place, so many college students would have nothing to do besides studying. I think my PS3 has lived in five different places in the last year or two.
