Is it worth it?

I was wondering if this game was worth getting. I've been trying to decide whether I should pick up Final Fantasy IV: RR or Elder Scrolls Online but since I haven't been hearing very good things about my first pick which was Elder Scrolls I decided to ask around about Final Fantasy instead. It's not really a problem to get both but since I wouldn't be able to play both anyways I decided to only get one. Can anybody attest to the quality of this game? and if it's worth getting? maybe a little look into the game? thanks!

Absolutely. The gameplay is fantastic. The endgame is fantastic. And, most importantly, the community is fantastic. You seriously will not run out of things to do here. Further, you will not find a nicer MMO community, I promise you. What would you like to know, I will be more than happy to oblige honestly. There is a lot to look forward to as well in the upcoming patches; flying mounts, marriage, aesthetic stuff, more endgame, dungeons, etc., etc., etc. Also the first expansion due later this year is supposed to be as big as the base game. All this and more is supposed to be shown at E3.

My Free Company--the game's guilds--needed money to construct our first house which cost $450,000k. We jokingly asked our neighbors and without hesitation they handed us over the money and a bunch of furniture to get started.

If you want I can live stream and answer questions and/or show you stuff within the game. I am more than willing to convince you...

I vote yes as well. I'm only three days in and I'm already hooked. I have yet to play with a party but there's already so much to do.

Good to know. I should be picking up a PS4 this weekend, and FF is the first game I'll get. I've never played a MMO game before, and it seems a bit daunting.

Oh there is nothing to fear. Realm Reborn is really user-friendly and welcoming. It eases you into things quite brilliantly, actually. Let me not forget to mention how lovely the community is!

Absolutely. The server I play on his Brynhildr. I am bolding it and making it red because if we are on different servers, we cannot play together. The only issue this might present is that I am not sure how many UK players are on here. I tend to be on at strange hours so timezones will not be a problem.
