keep, sell, or trade... What do you do?

I re-sell games. The only ones i've kept are The last of us & FIFA14

I keep every single game I buy. I used to trade in my games when i got bored or beat them so I can purchase new games but I noticed that I always ended up buying almost every game I traded in again. So I decided not to trade in any of my games and keep collecting because you never know when your gonna get in that mood to play a game you got bored of or beat in the past. I don't know if its like this for anyone else since i didn't read all the posts in this thread lol.

I keep the ones I like for my collection, I sell/trade the rest.

I traded in quite a few PS1 games when I upgraded to the PS2 to save some money on the then new console. I also traded in a couple of PS2 games to fund newer ones. I've not traded in anything since I got my PS3 – simply kept them all.

Therefore I've never actually 'sold' any game I've owned, simply trading-in a handful to fund newer games or in one case – a console! A bit silly really because I literally only ever got about £5-7 each for them… I must have been mad. I certainly wouldn't do anything like that now.

I suspect my PS3 collection, which isn't that large compared to the previous two, will simply be stored up in the attic alongside my PS2 when the time comes to upgrade to the PS4 (fingers crossed within the next three months or so). I have no intention on selling any of them as things stand and I will have room to keep them.
