Lost all my saving data in wolfenstein new order

Hey guys. I was playing the game for hours on end, until the game randomly quit then when I tried to play it again, it said save error, we created a new save file. Then when I open it, it starts me from the beginning of the games. Wtf!!!
So I go to the setting application saved data management try download the file but it says can't download. Error np-318282
So I'm stuck at the begging of the game.so upset!
I've tried restarting the ps4 then starting it up again, no luck.
