Hi. I'm a newbie. I'm having a problem playing videos on my playstation4 ,that i taped on my vehicle rear view mirror. (It's new). The format is avi. which playstation4 excepts. But every time I plug the external drive in with the SD card playstation4 says cannot play this. I have tried other hard drives and it plays them, they are also avi. I don't know why the playstation is not playing this one.
Can someone help me.
