Microsoft Downscales Xbox One 2013 Launch to 13 Markets - IGN

For gamers around the world hoping to purchase an Xbox One this year, it appears they may be out of luck. Microsoft have announced that their upcoming system will only launch in 13 countries this year, and not the 21 they reported earlier this year during E3. This could definitely take a large chunk of their intital launch sales and Sony could really take advantage of this.

That above info is not quite correct, I've read the 8 countries that aren't getting it isn't quite true. It's only being delayed, thus the other 8 countries will have to wait a bit longer.
