Microsoft have lost another gamer....

Well guys, after 8 years of being a very satisfied Xbox 360 gamer, I'm on my way to the Sony camp.

Although MS have made a great machine, ever since it's launch event I've just felt that it's not for me. I want a games console, not a media hub, and this time round I really think that's what Sony have delivered.

I'm a big gamer, and obviously in an ideal world I'd have a PS4, X1, WiiU, and an Ultra amazing gaming PC, but I (like many others) haven't got endless supplies of money (I have kids instead!), so I am hugely impressed by what the PS4 offers for the price!

It'll be a few weeks until I get my hands on one, but I look forward to participating in the discussions here.

Dude, welcome! I was never into Microsoft games, and the way they handled the XBOX One definitely didn't do anything to entice me to come over from Sony. Especially how they dealt with the DRM situation.

I can't wait for more games to come out for the PS4 so I can really see the power of the machine. Right now I still have the PS3 until I can be lured away to upgrade...
