News: Microsoft 'looking into' including headsets with Xbox One - ComputerAndVideoGames.com

Some interesting news has just been revealed as it seems like Microsoft might include headsets with their upcoming system the Xbox One after all. Microsoft is doing their best to try and keep up with the Ps4 and this will be a great way to even the playing field as Sony announced earlier this year that the PS4 will include it's own headset when purchased.

It looks like they are getting pretty desperate more than anything. They aren't exactly becoming the good guy here, they're just trying to compete with what their competition has on offer. It's interesting to see how this folds out. Will they add the headset and increase the price of the console? Or will they just add a cheap and nasty one and include it within the already existing price? Either way, I think it's too late for them to make amends here. What would be much better would be an adapter for the Xbox One pad to plug in your 360 headset. I recall them saying that they are working towards making one, and I think that it would be much more beneficial if they included one of those in the price, rather than gave away a cheapo headset.

Yeah like Medza said, it really looks like their just grasping at straws at this point. I mean they've basically completely changed the Xbox One since it was shown off at E3, there is hardly any recognizable feature still being included now. But I can't seem them giving you a very quality headset with the Xbox if you do purchase it, although that would certainly be nice it would be better if you could just use older headsets on the newer consoles.
