My opinion about the headset..

Hello! Just registered here and wanted to give my first post on this forum.

Read lot of posts here about "what's the best headset" "good and cheap headset" and so on...

My opinion is that go and try get sum old Sony wireless stereo 7.1 headset!

Been using them with my ps3 when they did come available here in Finland (and thats like 3-4years ago at least) and they keep going fine!

Battery lasts about 3 hours depending on audio and mic volumes so its not new anymore when It lasted up to 7hrs (enough for me thou.. I have Wired spare headset for battery drain and those things charge up pretty quickly). But im pretty sure that the battery is replacable if any knowledge of electronics (or using google....)

Used ones here in Finland costs about 20-30euros

I usually try to pickup cheaper headsets than that. I can get one her in India for just $10 which lasts for a good while. But I am thinking about buying a branded one as they last a little longer.

Trouble is with cheaper headsets (whether it be a full gaming headset or on a chat only piece headset) you may be annoying other people as they often have crappy mic's.
