NAT type problem

Hey, I need some help with my router.
I'm on a friend's house, and, we are trying to play Destiny, but after selecting my character, it starts loading and then shows a screen saying '' Attention, you have lost connection to Destiny servers. Your permissions... '' .
This is the first time I have this problem with Destiny, and even doing the steps that Bungie offers to fix that, it stills not entering. After some research I thought that maybe it could be because of the NAT type, witch is 2 here, and I'm trying to change to 1 but I'm not good enough without a guide.
Can someone help me with a guide, or if this message is about other thing then the NAT type?
Thank you.

Hi Rudolph,

as far as I know, on your router you should be able to decide what kind of NAT you want to use. Not all routers allow this though. Most routers set it to NAT2 by default, which is a moderate setting (not too open, not too restrictive). I play Destiny with a NAT2 with no problems at all, and even GTA5 Online, which requires some additional setting on the PS4's IP address, also works efficiently with a NAT2.

If you haven't done it yet, give to your PS4 a fixed IP number (DHCP settings) and, on your router, create a rule that opens all ports available only for that IP number.

Hope this helps :)
