I just noticed this issue today while recording some game play with my elgato capture device....i just got the pule elite wireless headset becaause i couldnt take the cable anymore for my TB PX5. when I turn all game sounds to come through the headset, they come through the headset only not through the tv at all, or my elgato. if i set it to chat only, game sounds go to the tv and elgato, but only chat through the headset. I am connected strictly via HDMI. they really need to get the whole HDCP removed for gaming content and get this issue sorted out. does anyone else have the same issue? anyone figured out a solution?

I didn't think it was possible to use the Elgato yet, with the HDCP still in place. I'm surprised it even passed a video signal for you. I will hook mine up later today and let you know if it works or not.
you can, but you uave to buy a powered HDMI splitter.

I wonder if that powered HDMI splitter is what is causing your issue?
i just checked something...that hdmi splitter isnt causing the issue. It has soley to do with the way the PS4 handles audio. When you turn on the Pulse wireless headset there is no tv sound and when you turn them off tv sound is back. I have a buddy that has the same headset and he said he has the same sound issue so apparently this is how it is suppose to be for now.
